In early Nineties of the last century, Mr. Basem Al-Baddad started establishing the first station for Al-Basem Group in United Arab Emirates by establishing a construction and contracting company, which won the confidence of Abu Dhabi government and cooperated with it on many different projects.

The second station for Al-Basem Group was in Amman-Jordan, through building commercial complexes and supervising the operations of selling or renting shops and warehouses. After that, work was expanded to include residential buildings in various areas of the city of Amman.

In 2006, Mr. Basem decided to expand his business thru hospitality sector. So he started the journey with a dorm for female students, was established near the most important Jordanian university, the University of Jordan. Female dorm contains 50 rooms. Furnished and equipped with all services and facilities to ensure an ideal stay for female students.

Al Basem Hotel was established after an extensive study of the needs and desires of visitors to Amman. The hotel combines luxury and home comfort. The hotel consists of 18 rooms of different categories, all of which have high specifications and are equipped at the highest level.

Our desire to develop and provide best for our customers who gave us their trust through all booking sites such as Booking.com and gave us high ratings, ALBASEM Hotel Apartments was established, which consists of 16 furnished apartments contain comfortable furniture and all amenities and distinctive services.

At the beginning of 2022, the coffee lounge was constructed to offer a serene and suitable setting for gatherings, business meetings, and study.
